JP Prime Steakhouse wins Wine Spectator Award of Excellence
NORTH WILDWOOD -- JP Prime Steakhouse has won the national magazine Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence.
General Manager and Chief Sommelier Michael King has worked to establish a winning wine list that is at once world-class, and easily accessible due to JP Prime’s state-of-the-art Cruvinet® system — allowing for perfect wine-by-the-glass every time. JP Prime boasts more than 100 carefully selected vintages from the world’s best vintners. Before joining JP Prime, King was employed by The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia, among other industry-leading establishments.
On the heels of the Wine Spectator award, JP Prime’s famous Monthly Wine Dinners return, beginning on Friday, September 12, with Wines of Italy — a celebratory event open to the public pairing exquisite wines with a sumptuous JP Prime feast. Each month through June 2009 a new menu and pairing will take place.
This is the perfect opportunity to indulge in selections from the region’s most distinguished wine list. JP Prime Steakhouse is the only restaurant in South Jersey to house the Cruvinet® cabinet that holds 16 bottles at appropriate red and white temperatures and preserves each with nitrogen gas as the wine is dispensed.
JP Prime Steakhouse is located at 206 Olde New Jersey Ave. in North Wildwood, NJ; (609) 729-4141; www.jprestaurantgroup.com <http://www.jprestaurantgroup.com>
